ABOUT MOUNTAIN TOPS T-SHIRTS
In 1976, we proudly opened our doors as Mountain Top T-Shirts in Crested Butte. That initial winter is etched in local memory as the 'Winter of Un,' with no snowfall until the end of February 1977. Back then, our ski resort lacked snowmaking capabilities, and the expected winter tourists were notably absent. Faced with the lack of snow and dwindling business, all the shop owners closed up and sought employment elsewhere for the season.
When the snow finally graced us in March, the town reawakened with the return of both business owners and tourists. Since our humble beginnings, Mountain Tops has diversified its services, encompassing various endeavors. From crafting custom screen-printed shirts right at our counter for customers, to engaging in wholesale shirt printing and offering custom and wholesale embroidery services. We remain a family-owned and operated establishment, dedicated to delivering high-quality garments and gift items suitable for the entire family.
